1/4/2024	Battle Creek Completes Conversion to Stock Company Battle Creek Mutual Insurance Company has completed its conversion from a mutual to a stock company. The conversion was approved by the North Dakota Secretary of State effective January 2, 2024 and the company is now known as Battle Creek Insurance Company. Even though we are no longer a Mututal Insurance Company, Battle Creek will continue to offer the same great service and products that our policyholders in Nebraska have experienced since we were founded over 100 years ago. Battle Creek Insurance is rated (A) Excellent by A.M. Best and is part of the Nodak Insurance Group of Companies.Back to NEWS
